People-centered interim leadership and coaching

I bring nearly two decades of practical leadership experience to my practice, including six years as a nonprofit executive director and six years as a noncommissioned officer in the United States Army. Those experiences, along with leadership roles in corporate and government settings, inform a mission-based leadership approach rooted in making sure your team has the tools, resources, and information to get the job done.

I'd love to work with your organization as you navigate leadership transition. An interim leader can give both the board and the team time and space between leaders to affirm goals and values, identify areas for improvement, make new plans, or all of the above. I'll work to keep things moving so the mission can continue until the new leader is identified.

My coaching is based on your goals and needs and can be ongoing or situational. It can include troubleshooting sticky challenges or helping chart a course for organizational or personal success in the long run. My approach is people-centered, and that means both you and the people you lead.
